Basic check-up;

Comprehensive check-up (stage I – limited comprehensive check-up; extended comprehensive check-up);

Basic Check-up

It is possible (and even necessary) for any patient, who is above the age of 35, to be provided with basic check-ups and it is advisable to arrange it systematically with an interval no more than two years.

Basic check-ups’ essential (minimal) list includes: assessment of a patient's risk group by a doctor;

General, basic check-up: pulse, arterial blood pressure, heart tones, respiration, abdomen, assessment of genitourinary, musculoskeletal and nervous systems;

Complete blood count;

Electrolytes: Na; K; Ca; Mg;

Cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL;

Creatinine;

Liver function tests: AST; ALT; Gamma-GT, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin;

Complete urinalysis – pH – value, leukocytes, protein, glucose, ketone, erythrocytes, urobilinogen, nitrite;

Abdominal ultrasound examination (liver, gall bladder, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, prostate (in men), uterus (in women));

ECG;

Chest X-ray;

Summary of the check-ups by a doctor.

Level 2

Collection of the anamnesis of the disease of a patient; complaints, duration of complaints in a patient, connection of complaints with environmental factors, genetics and disease risk factors assessment;

Collection of the anamnesis of a patient’s life: living and working environment and conditions, harmful habits (the alcohol and smoking use, etc.);

Comprehensive check-up (quantitative and qualitative assessment of auscultic data): pulse, arterial blood pressure, heart tones, respiration, abdomen, assessment of genitourinary, musculoskeletal and nervous systems;

Comprehensive laboratory examinations:

Complete blood count;

Complete urinalysis – pH – value, leukocytes, protein, glucose, ketone, erythrocytes, urobilinogen, nitrite;

 C-Reactive Protein (CRP) Test;

Electrolytes: Na; K; Ca; Mg;

Blood glucose level - HbA1C (the identification of diabetes in the early stages), identification of fasting blood glucose level;

Liver function tests: AST; ALT; Gamma-GT, alkaline phosphatase, total bilirubin;

Analysis of blood lipids: total cholesterol, triglycerides, HDL and LDL;

 Analysis of urinary lipids: uric acid, urea, creatinine;

Identification of coagulation factors: rapid, PTT, APTT;

Identification of tumor markers: PSA, CEA;

Stool examination: an immunological rapid test for the identification of the existence of blood in the stool;

Identification of thyroid problems: TSH, FT 3, FT 4;

Comprehensive diagnostic laboratory examinations:

ECG;

Cardiac ultrasound examination (3-D-echocardiogram), an echocardiogram in a calm situation and loading conditions;

Chest X-ray;

Lung function test (spirometry);

Visual acuity test, dilated fundus examination, measurement of intraocular pressure;

Abdominal ultrasound examination (liver, gall bladder, spleen, pancreas, kidneys, prostate (in men), uterus (in women));

Thyroid ultrasound examination;

Mammography (in women).

Level 3

Analysis of Stage I of comprehensive check-ups, after which, Stage II of comprehensive check-up will be planned: "extended comprehensive check-ups."

Analysis of Stage I of comprehensive check-ups, after which, Stage II of comprehensive check-up will be planned: "extended comprehensive check-ups";

Namely:

Chest CT examination;

Abdominal CT examination;

Head CT examination;

Spine CT examination;

Vascular dopplerography: color Doppler ultrasound examination of great arteries (encephalon, arteries and veins of the lower extremities, abdominal aorta);

Angiography of coronary arteries.
